Could be both . Guy has been a reliable scorer for several years , some good puck luck was due . But maybe it just took extra time to get up to speed due to surgery ( even if minor it’s likely an hindrance ) . Apart from Duchene most of the Dallas players are having off years so far . So maybe there is a theme/ reason .Since being left off the 4-Nations US roster, Robo has 14 points in 12 games.
Took his omission personally, or the foot injury is healed?
please refrain from making logical posts on this forum - he is terrible, hfboards posters said so!He appears to be back to his old self. Maybe having foot surgery and missing all of camp had a little something to do with the slow start. Ya think?
Finally dropped him from my fantasy team so I suspect he'll be back on the up and up.
Goal scorers are streaky, even the better ones. Imagine if he gets it going in the spring nobody will remember his start.
Always was a ridiculous thread.Hatty tonight.
37 points in his last 30 games.
Damn its like good players bounce back after starting the year injured or something.
Not likely. Last time that happened he scored 100 points. He was just really bad to start the season. The whole line was honestly. And their PP was flat awful. He appears to be back to his old self. Maybe having foot surgery and missing all of camp had a little something to do with the slow start. Ya think?
Lol, nobody said he's terrible. Save the drama. Nobody makes a thread wondering why a terrible player isn't scoring well. The fact that this thread even exists means these boards expect him to be good.please refrain from making logical posts on this forum - he is terrible, hfboards posters said so!
Good player. Will be interesting to see how many more 100+ seasons he’s got in him.
There were multiple main board threads shoveling dirt on himI chuckled when this threat came to fruition and people started talking about his contract and this and that. Bro's been over a PPG player in his career and a slow start people freak out. Most of us knew he would rebound and well that is happened.
You don't really need to eat crow dude. Don't get gaslit. He was garbage relative to normal for the first 2 months of the season, and it was more than fair to wonder why.as the thread creator, at the time when I made this thread — he was entirely underproducing but now i’ll eat crow.
I don’t have any ill will against him or the stars, as a jackets fan.
When did this happen? I’ve never seen or heard a single leafs fan that has mentioned anything like this.Do Leafs fans still think Nick is better?
