Halak is upgrade over both options they have in net

Halak (25% retained) for Niemi (50% retained) + Something good

Isles retain so Stars can afford Halak this year (I believe they are close to cap thus Isles eating some of Halak + Stars clearing half of Niemi should be enough). Stars eat half of Niemi's cap next year to move him
