I know he has a rep for hating physicality but I just think that's a misnomer. If he hated it so much he wouldn't have gone All-Beef on the second pairing the other night against Toronto, which I thought was a great move since it gave the Sams softer matchups and therefore more room to maneuver. I think it also helps putting another stay-at-home guy with 42 since you know he loves to jump into the play (Lindgren obviously liked the newfound freedom, he went charging into the attacking zone a few times himself).
I kinda love the fact that he has a pretty structured system for the forwards and with the defense he's all "Yeah just do whatever"
