Oh wow he's actually playing again? I checked his DB, I guess he is, 4 games with Worcestor this year. The guy's still alive. Wonder if we'll ever see him in a Sharks jersey

Honestly for all the joking and his status as the patron saint of First Round Bust, I would love to see James Sheppard make it back to the NHL. It's a great story of perseverance.

Well if my NHL 12 game is right he'll enjoy a fairly long career in the Shark's top-6 and may lead them in scoring for a few of those years. And seriously, how could that be wrong? I believe in him.

Because it happens in real life as well? Just a thought.

Can't count how many times I've been to an NHL game be it home or away on a road trip and saw someone wearing a sweater for a team not involved in the game being played.

Often times it's for a player that used to play for the team on the sweater but now plays on one of the teams in the game, but often times it's just some random player with nothing to do with either team.
