???? As for Volohkin, KHL is a very low scoring league. Most goalies have great stats.

Since 12-18 he's got a .923 save %. Do you have any idea where a .923 save % would rank in the KHL's history for a U-20 goalie? I'll give a hint, it's among the best. But he's a rookie that went from juniors to the KHL this year and has had to make adjustments like going from playing all the time to getting 3-4 games over 7 weeks (not counting when he left to play for the National Junior team in a short tournament as he would have been among the top 2 goalies for Russia had they been at the WJC's this year)

"I haven't seen my father for a year and a half and he was here tonight (January 19th 2025 against the New York Rangers). I was a little nervous because I wanted to do well in front of him. We'll celebrate together, that's for sure!"

Ermmmm, what?

You say that Price was elite because on the PK he was crouched and ready to make the save, and in the next breath say that Price's weakness was seeing through traffic on the PK?

I know goalies are voodoo, but I didn't think that voodoo extended to comments about goalies.
big brain comment. 10% understand it.

He's what we hoped Primeau would have been after elite NCAA numbers. I wonder how much of it just Dobes being more seasoned and mentally ready. Primeau played 21 games in the NHL over 4 season with only 3 wins before he reached Dobes age when he made first NHL appearance. That's a lot of losing.
