I’m not trying to be a smart ass, But legit why would they? He and Bloqvist are their only 2 right shot D. He’s got a substantial size advantage over Rathbone, he’s a full time NHL’er, and he’s a right shot. I don’t see why they’d have any interest in making that swap.

I rate Jack higher than that - it’s a shame because he is blocked by both OEL and Quinn - that bottom pairing d man fits a player like Chiarot or Edmundson - someone who can kill penalties and plays with more grit and size.

I would do Bellows for Rathbone - not sure Canucks would agree as they need RHD, but don’t think Rathbone lands them a piece like that unless the deal is expanded -
