Demidov with the puck on his stick is something magical man. He's got that thing on a string. Next year will be so much fun watching him develop.

The environment we have created with these young guys just seems perfect. They are all hungry and wanting to develop. I hope his straight line speed improves.

I hope we bring in a 2C who has good habits off the ice and can contribute to getting these guys where they are going.

I also wonder if Demidov still has some growing in him. He certainly will get stronger. I couldn't imagine if he added another inch and 5-10 more pounds. He will be unstoppable.

Slaf-Suzuki-Demidov is a better line IMO.

Caufield is good enough to generate offense by himself like Kessel used to do.

I believe his KHL contract "release" specified it's only to play in the NHL. He's technically still under contract with them until May 31st.

He is going to be elite.
He literally made a dozen good passes in a row under huge pressure in an elimination game, with the season on the line, clock ticking down.
Not one mistake. Everything tape to tape.
The highest pressure situation you could put a 19 year old rookie in. Just moved to NA from Russia and only had 2 NHL games before playing the top seed.
