i don't see what the gain would be to send the top scorer of the KHL to the MHL? Assuming it is driven entirely by ticket sales, how much more in sales are we talking about here?Unfortunately, if SKA is eliminated today, we should expect them to send Demidov to the VHL or MHL as their affiliates are still in the playoffs there.
SKA NEVA St. Petersburg in the VHL (they won their 1st round series and await who they'll play in Round 2). And SKA-1946 in the MHL., who got a bye in the 1st round and are up 1-0 in their 2nd round series.
Wish I could understand why that one was disallowed. Anyone?

I'd be surprised if they took this route, as it would be a total FU to the Habs, and for what? These are histroic clubs, they are not in the business to embarrass themselves with pettiness - I'd venture a guess this is why Hugo was there earlier in the year.
On va vendre dla poutine en tabarnac!Montreal Canadiens fans must be getting really excited as the reality of having Demi-God in La Belle Provence soon
They're gonne rival this:The main board is going to be so salty next season, like a whole new level of saltiness.
