Sid looks downright awful right now and you can see his frustration with Beauvillier. Puljujarvi has been one of our best 5 players pretty much every game this season. It’s makes zero sense not to try it for a game. It’s not like you’re breaking up the Doom line FFS. They stink most games.
Shitty as it is to say, I think Beau gets so much time with Sid because Sid wants it. Not that he's outright demanding Sully put him on his line, but he's made it known he's comfortable with the guy for whatever reason so that's that. It's like the opposite of when Hornqvist was used more and more sparingly with Sid even though they were dynamite together.

Sid's notoriously anal about his linemates, even if they're playing well together. It's weird.

35.7% power play? Haha holy shit
I’ve had the Jets as good enough to win the cup for the last 5 or so years. But something happens to them in April/ May and they just fizzle out. Maybe when the weather changes they come out of their haze and forget how to lay hockey? Dunno. It’s weird.

Look at the difference, every loose puck there is always one extra Jet on puck winning the battle, we actually fought hard this one but you can tell why they are good, they win pucks and move onto another setup. Watch pens always one on one on the wall and easy clear for defense

Yeah, they're definitely good enough. This year seems different. The last couple of years the power play is making a difference in the playoffs as they're actually calling penalties... Who knows, that PP could be a huge difference maker this year.

I dunno about that. I think we just have cowardly coaches. Sid wants points. He wants to win.
