Wonder if insurance covered repairs?

It's Florida. The homeowners would be lucky to find ANY sort of residential insurance coverage. They would've been better off financially by enshrining the space junk & charging admission to see it.

I had no idea there was mechanism for international space junk compensation, buy none for US citizens of NASA junk.

And they did miscalculate rather than sending back as they had other such materials.
