I think the Jets have no intention of sending Sheifele back soon , and want him to have some pratice time with the team . If he sits that buys time , Barrie has only a couple of games the next 10 days or so , it isn't like he would great a lot of games in.

This also hedges in case of injuries .

I like Hamonic. He's a good Manitoba boy. That said, Evander Kane would do mean things to him if he wanted to try to stand and trade a few chucks.
