He’s kind of a folk hero on Devils Twitter lol. Friedman was bombarded with questions about his status when he was on waivers.

I always thought it was very good honestly.

His shot in general has always been great. If he looked to shoot more he'd be a consistent 30 goal scorer with ease

His poise is a double edge sword. Sometimes he goes into things with a complete lack of urgency and it comes back to bit him. That play behind the net was one of them

Can get away with that in the AHL, not so much up in the show. No doubt he'll learn and get adjusted and pick his spots. Those guys need some time to get adjusted to the speed up here and adjust their tendencies accordingly.
