I know we never won. But Zucc meant more than anyone has besides Lundqvist the last decade. Pure heart, and soul guy, that gave his all. I hope one day we can retire #36 for all he’s done. I mean we can still sign him in the offseason but is he worthy if it?

Genuinely curious. What has he done?

Zuccs, outside of Lundqvist is my favorite Ranger on this team. My son adores him and I love what he brings to the table. Pure hustle and the heart of a giant.

That being said Jaromir Jagr has done "more for this franchise" in half the time he was here.

60 point ceiling players on teams that haven't won the cup in any season they have been a member of the team don't make it to the rafters unless they have a serious, life-altering accident that takes them out of the game in one way or another.

I just hope he doesn't end up on a team with asshole fans like the Pens.

If thats your benchmark for retiring numbers then the Rangers would have to move to giving out triple digits very soon.
