Value of: Is Josh Norris available?

It seems like Josh Norris is injured and out a couple of weeks. First injury this year I believe but he seems to be the Same Salo of centers.

Is he actually available? His name has been floated out there in rumours but I can't tell if Ottawa is seriously looking to move on from him or if they are just kicking tires.

In light of the rising cap, it would likely need to be a hockey trade to make sense for Ottawa. Norris has been good since returning from his major injury, especially lately… skating extremely well, pouncing on pucks, playing a strong defensive game and scoring a goal every 3 games or so.

With the cap going up and Norris playing well this year, I doubt Ottawa is in a hurry to dump him.
