U bench Reaves or waive him after Max Pacioretty head was slammed by Zadorov and Reaves did nothing. If u watch Reaves in an interview he comes across as a talker not a fighter. Zadorov knew he can do that and get away with it. Reaves needs to answer these types of things or gtfo.

How many complain (again) that the Leafs are too soft up front, nobody to protect Marner, Matthews, etc. if Reaves is waived/released. Headlines leading to trade deadline will read how the Leafs need to add toughness, etc.

We need a GM that can think a year or two into the future and plan for the day that Reaves won't be around. Should already have guys on the farm that are younger and almost ready to replace him.
