Is Corey Perry a good luck or bad luck charm?

As a neutral fan it looks to me that Perry is very engaged to put it mildly, which is a good thing for Edmonton. He'll get those tap in / garbage goals when it matters and has the sandpaper in abundance.
He’s playing much better than last year, last season he looked like he was on his last legs in the playoffs. This year he just finds a way to contribute up and down the ice, on the scoresheet and in the room.

Love him or hate him, he's had a major impact on the game and has been able to play the role a lot longer than most of his ilk. Does he get in to the HOF?

Perry is just a winner. Plain and simple. Even on games like tonight, he was the only Oiler to show up. He was built to win
Yet he has lost in many finals, only winning the first time he went to the finals. He can be a gamer and a loser at the same time. He definitely acted like a loser in this game with the same head tuck mocking he did against Dallas which Florida responded in kind. He can play rough and score goals, no need to act like a circus clown with grade 2 level mockery. If he wants to learn how to agitate then Bennett and Marchand can teach him.

Number of Stanley Cup Finals of players from the Ducks 2007 winning team:
Corey Perry 6 (1 cup)
Scott Niedermayer 5 (4 cups)
Chris Kunitz 4 (4 cups)
Chris Pronger 3 (1 cup)
Rob Niedermayer 3 (1 cup)
Teemu Selanne 1 (1 cup)
Ryan Getzlaf 1 (1 cup)
Wasn't Ducks in finals like 2003 when their goalie got Conn Smythe? So at least Selänne has been in 2 finals?

It’s neither. He’s just a warrior. Any time he has been in the finals he’s doing whatever he can and making an impact. He’s just unfortunately come out on the wrong side a lot.
