Literally got the older version of Yamamoto for more money and just as many injuries. Another L for Jackson.

He's missed 6 games, not 20. But I was referring to the assumption he's on the same level was Yamamoto, who last time I checked, was in the AHL.

Evander Kane - Sept 20 - Abductor & sports hernia surgery - Status 5-6 months (late February to late March). Victor Arvidsson - Nov 13 - Core - Currently on IR. Could be dead for all we know. 5-8 days from Nov 25. Zach Hyman - Nov 19 - UBI - 5-8 days from Nov 25. (Not posting minor league...

Obviously I mean when he was on the oilers. He was a small tenacious forechecker that was constantly getting hurt than they decided to go after a player in the same mold with a longer history of missing large amounts of games per season.

Good comparison. And we're paying Arvy 4 mill per year for the 26 goals he scored back in 2022.

According to the Koach, he is 5-8 days away. That was about 5-8 days ago but in fairness he never said what month those 5-8 days would be. The fact that they picked Kapanen up off waivers tells me that we won't be seeing Arvidsson for a long while yet. Stupid free agent signing given his injury history.

I didn't realize Evander Kane has missed a lot of games pretty much every season he has played. He's worse than Arvidsson.
