In case you wanted to see it: My Casino Night Experience

Nice album.

And wow, Biron really does have the maniac look in his eyes. Imagine being a shooter and looking up to see those eyes glaring behind the mask.

how many people were in attendance? $500 got you some lovely memories I see! Was it just a brief interaction with the players? the $2,000 tickets gets a meet and greet apparently so I'm trying to figure out the difference for next year.

For the lowest priced tix, you get access to the whole event, the more expensive tix get you in an hour earlier. There were probably around 600 people there, but the players will talk to you for a while if you have something cool to talk about. Chatted with Hank for abut two minutes about his helmet.

Show off.

Nah just kidding man that's awesome! I thought they just left a step stool by Brian Boyle for picture taking but looks like you're just a big dude.

Pretty sure those tickets were the $2000 ones, to have access to players easily like that with not many others around.

Still worth it if you can swing it. I'd love to do something like this with my gf but it's inevitably going to end up with the question: "Why are we spending this much for a weekend in NYC when we could have gone to, say, Santorini?"

Maybe someday. In the meantime I get to live vicariously through fine folk like fiedy88! Thanks for the pics man, good stuff.

To get pics with that many players, maybe, but they are very accessible. I'm not that into taking pictures, so I don't have many from the times I attended, but you get to interact with the players a LOT even with the cheapest tickets. I remember taking a pic with Mike York lol. And my brother got with one Lindros.

The players are the dealers, or they are sitting at tables playing sometimes. I've had Messier deal me blackjack, and Tyutin on the craps table. Back when we had the czech line, they all stood together behind the roulette table and talked to each other :P

Graves and Gilbert are always floating around, along with Sam and Joe and some of the other media guys.

If you can afford the $500 ticket, I definitely recommend doing it at least once. It's a fun night.
