Martinez's positioning is impressive, the amount of headers he wins because of his reads is astonishing. He's only 5'7, btw.

It's amazing how he wins high balls being smaller than pretty much everyone. And he's very good defensively. He always comes back to help his mids win the ball back.

just a mediocre team, incapable of competing with the elite of the league. it's ridiculous, piatti is alone out there. the shit-show of this week with briand, basically shows saputo couldn't give a f*** if team makes playoffs or not

We did our best given the circumstances.

Atlanta did not play their best though. They didn’t impress me.

The team was clearly out of energy with so many games played lately. Piette, Krolicki and Lovitz were all terrible. Mancosu as usual as well.

I think you're overreacting. The team gave what they could after a huge amount of games in the past month. You can criticize Saputo in many ways, but certainly not that he's a fan of the team and that he wants it to succeed.

I liked what I saw today. There's something good to do with this team.

Upgrades on ST, CM and ideally RB are essential to take the next step.

I like Krolicki but he's not starter material yet. Needs to make better decisions in the last third but potential to be a decent starter is there.

lack of depth, lack of urgency to secure quality pieces to drive offence. They looked ok for a tired team, but way team started year, they can't be giving up points at home. i still think they're going nowhere without reinforcements

Nobody is saying the team is perfect, if you hang around this thread, you'll see most of us (read here ALL of us ;)) want improvements at the forward, right winger , defensive midfield and Fullback positions.

Good news is outside top 4 in the east I don’t think there are any team that’s better than you guys.

As much as I hate them, Toronto is much better than their record. With the injured coming back they should climb more than a few spots in the standings. I think the team, with a few additions, will be good enough to make the playoff.
