A lot of that has to do with Nylander. JT takes the blame for missing the coverage but it always starts with a brutal Nylander turnover

Knies looked exactly like a guy coming right out of college without a practice would be heading into his first game

Oddly enough he didn't look out of place though. Being thrown with different line mates doesn't help. Some practice time and time will help find his positioning with his linemates.

He played MOST of the overtime hemmed in our zone

He looked good, especially early on. He started playing a bit more conservative after he made a couple back to back turn overs. Once he learns the systems he should be fine. I could see him starting in the AHL next year just to get his scoring at the pro level.

He didn’t shoot much or at all today but made some real good passes and was not afraid to battle in front and down low
