Well, he was clearly better this game. But it was Norway, so not so difficult. Nice goal tho.

Assuming A = USA, B = Czech Republic and C = Canada and we know that A > B (States won 5-1) and B > C (Czechs won 5-4 [SO]), we can then, beyond any shadow of doubt postulate//conclude that on New Years Eve, A will > C (by presumably quite a large margin)

I hate Hockey Canada so ****ing much. Completely undisciplined to the point where they take penalty after penalty but ONE of them is a bad call so now you have TSN shills blaming officials, Mantha doing the same in his intermission interview, and Sutter giving unnecessary **** to the refs after the period ends. They'll be done soon. They struggled with Germany (down 1-0 early and a 2-2 tie in the 2nd), lost to the Czechs and needed a third period miracle to beat the Slovaks. After we beat them by 5-8 goals in a few hours, they'll be lined up nicely to get smoked in the first knockout round.

Oh, not saying one side is worse than the other. Plenty of elitist Canadians who expect us to win every year cause its "our" game.
I just enjoy good hockey. Don't expect this team to medal this year but it feels good beating our rival Americans.

I find it really hard to stomach the Canadian crap too. Sutter, man................
just all seem "entitled" as hell. Drouin turned me off with his attitude. and yeah, TSN can GTFO big time. some of the players didn't give me a sour taste, like Fucale for example. seemed decent and played great. he was the difference maker there.

We'll all be happy when team canada (I despairingly used lower case letters intentionally) get knocked out. The tears of TSN will keep me sustained for many moons.
