As a neutral human being not dependent on one particular professional/linguistic skill, I would move to Japan or South Korea. Feels like the barrier is too big though.

Nice weather, nice people, world-class health care and social provision, low crime rate, grassroots democracy, tends to be on the right side of history. It's not perfect but I'd move there without being forced if I could.

You are confusing "capitalism" with "corporatism."

The US is not capitalism, not even close. It is as far from capitalism as it is from socialism. The US does have elements of corporatism, which is the government selling power to mega-corporations. This is not capitalism, not even close.
