Suggestion: just have one person make all of the avatars...like what Robo did above. Then when it's time, we just go insert the avatar for where we are in the spelled out message. This way, if someone move from #16 to #17 at the last minute, it's no biggie.

As of right now, the E-R gap would be between @HisIceness and vorbis. who have a ~150 like gap between them. We might want to have HisIceness and Minja post in here some more so we can blow that gap up to a protectable level if Sabers fans try to sabotage it.

That's as big as I can make it unfortunately. The font size of the program I'm using only goes up to 100 and any attempt to manually input a bigger number just knocks it back to 100.
