If we are going to play pond hockey with these guys - and it looks like that's the game Edmonton wants us to play - we will need to finish our chances. Allen isn't going to keep this up. We've seen this movie before. He's a goalie whom you can wear down in a barrage and when he lets in one he'll let in two or three. We need to finish 3 or 4 of our chances tonight. And even that may not be enough.

I didn't like him last game either. Not sure if that was just me or not, but I thought he was struggling in Calgary.

He wasn't nearly the only one, but I remember thinking he was a bit of a mess in that one.

It’s painful to watch these teams that just forecheck and hack and slash and grab. NJ just hasn’t really figured it out against that but if they just put saw blades on the ends of their sticks they’d find the going much easier
