HURRICANES LOUNGE XLVIII

I mean, I thought that was clear a few years ago. Hell, it was clear over a decade ago when he ruined Taylor Swift's night.

The song is so over the top it's hilarious though, tbh. We are at peak absurdity.
Remember how everyone was outraged when Obama called him a jackass? Turned out that was about the kindest possible thing anyone could say about him.

Me watching the Kanye conversation while we get the PZ ready for the summer event circuit....

Speaking of which, we may be at warbirds over the beach this year if the museum decides to pony up for transport. That's in VB nd not far from NC. I for one, am tired of that damn Boston / Stow American heritage museum fall event. The event itsself and the museum is great, but the bostonites that come out to it are utterly insufferable. We get more stupid questions there than any other event. By far.

He’s a Senator from Utah, the state with the highest porn subscriptions per capita. Politicians and ignoring their constituents: Name a more consistent duo.
I wonder if he has that "Covenant Eyes" app that Speaker Johnson does, that apparently helps him and his son be "accountable" to each other about their porn usage. Which is incredibly bizarre.

Sorry guys that's all me, my VPN is set to Utah

Well, I think you’re doing it wrong then. Because I’m pretty sure Utah (like NC) has that stupid age verification law on its books, where you need to send a copy of your ID card to access certain websites. Which, in turn, caused those certain websites to say “Hey, that’s definitely an invasion of privacy” and block access to said sites from those states.

The idea that erotica of a kind between consenting adults is somehow a crime or immoral, is pants on head.
Well, you can make that argument, like you can about gambling and also weed.

yet here we are in our strange future, living in a technological police state yet the teenage boys of literally all my friends are addicted to legal gambling and in debt, I smell weed everywhere I go in public, and young women apparently get regularly choked and spat on during sex thanks to "pron" being so pervasive.

It's like a Libertarian nightmare- all the depravity of a "live and let live" mentality, yet none of the actual "freedom". Which is why so many Libertarians have become Neo-Reactionaries I suspect.

I get it, but these are parenting issues. If a chick likes to be choked (Youd be surprised how many do - but again, consent - which is usually asking followed by "daddy" LOL) then let her be. If a dude is like doing that straight out then porn probably isnt the issue.

IDGAF about weed, porn, sex, gay stuff, none of it. As long as you keep kids out of it, and don't get involved in my guns, homemade liquor, or anything else I do that doesn't harm you that you don't like (Not you, Negan, I know your views).

Let he who hasn't gotten off to clown vomit porn cast the first stone

I remember when my favorite car game for a long drive was "spot license plates for all 50 states". Now my favorite is "skunk or weed".

But man, I do love buying legal THC over the internet. If it was good enough for Carl Sagan, it's good enough for me.

Also: I think maybe it's time Borsig and Negan put on an hf26 firearms class. I'm not saying, I'm just saying.

Like what kind of class? I used to teach level II and III advanced CHP / defense at CRPC outside of Charlotte, but it's been a while.

There isn't much I can do over the internet for say technique. The hardest thing in level II/III was the one handed malfunction clear. Protip- You want metal sights on your carry gun.

I was thinking the laziest possible class for Internet idiots.

I guess that's called a podcast these days.

I think we could probably just get ChatGPT to comb these boards over the last few years and just scrape the class together based on things they’ve already said.
Having seen the way AI works, I suspect we are as likely to get ChatGPT attributing @Blueline Bomber 's ideas about guns to @Borsig given the numerous quotes of each other they've had.

Oh, and the AI will just ban @Negan4Coach because he owns a place in the OBX.

I mean I'll answer any questions yall have but, most of you all probably don't want me to own what you THINK I have, let alone what I DO have.

Borsig, how pro 2A are you?

Well..... (I don't OWN the PzKfw. It's a group effort and such not. Guns on it however are indivdually owned due to atf regs)

I'm sure it takes an entire well regulated militia to afford to drive that thing.

The law doesn't specify and neither do I. Apparently "well-regulated" and "obscene" are equally clearly defined...

(Seriously though, how often can you afford to drive it? What does it get, 20 gallons to the mile?)
We take her to between 4-6 events a year. Some places pay a stipend (transport and fuel sometimes meals) to have it on site. We also bring a sdkfz 247. They're trailered on a low boy. Private events are on us. Museums and big shows pay the transport or its covered by things like ride raffles.

@MrazeksVengeance

By the way. There's a skoda 38t hetzer variant up in stow mass. It must have been an early variant that was converted because all the controls are labeled in Czech with German written over them.

I've played around in that vehicle. Im pretty sure the Swiss ended up with it after the war.

I'd be curious as to where, I live about 45 minutes from Stow and old tanks are badass.

American Heritage museum. The American Heritage Museum

Collings foundation place. They owned the B17 that got lost up in I think CT a few years back.

Probably the best single collection of ww2 equipment outside of what USED to be at Aberdeen. They also have Littlefield's Panther A. It runs. It makes Patton and tank farm look kinda weak.

And no - I have NO idea what happened to half the stuff at Aberdeen. No one seems to. They had a LOT of stuff that just went "somewhere" over the years.

They pay our transport for their annual show in October. We will be there this year. I usually fly up because f*** driving that. Nope. I usually drive to BWI or something and fly the last 8 hours on the cheap.

Thanks brother. Looks like I got a little field trip coming up!

And yeah don't even think of driving up here from NC unless you go out of the way and take I-81 to I-84 (the latter of which sucks in CT regardless.)
