I love that ship. Toured it several times on field trips in school, and drove out a few years back to do it again as an adult. I really appreciate the walkway around it so you can get a feeling of just how large she actually is.

Was in Willimington last October but the parking lot was flooded so we just rode by. Also I lived on the Constellation for 6+ months so I'm not as thrilled by that kind of stuff.

It only happened once, but there was a time I got _XXXX on my second guess and still lost, because there were about half a dozen words with those letters.

I had the -xxxx today, and got it on the last guess. Another forum I'm on, we use the day prior answer as the starting word.

Switch to hard mode like an adult.

Nah, while hard mode might be harder in that it will usually take more trys to get the right answer, hard mode has a higher luck to skill ratio than regular mode. I try to evaluate how skillfully I'm playing by checking my game results against the WordleBot and I like to track the distribution of my game results by number of guesses.

I did a charity bicycle ride from Cary to the battleship a couple of years in a row. One of my coolest experiences. We got a very cool tour when we got there.

they were purchased by pure hockey

they have a retail store in morrisville, and there are also locations at two of the rinks - wake competition center/invisalign arena by the airport and ice house wake forest in... wake forest

i've never been to the wake forest location, but the retail store in morrisville is definitely bigger than the pro shop at wake competition center

Saw Green Day in Charlotte at the PNC Pavillon last week. Was dreading an outdoor concert in August but the weather was great and it was a great show.

Didn’t expect a 3 hour set playing 2 entire albums though damn

So, fun thing- my old Roku TV was getting pretty slow and losing compatibility, so I set it up to boot to a Onn stick- the $15 Android TV stick from Walmart.

And, since it's android, there are ways to install apps from outside the app stores. One of them is SmartTube, an alternative API for youtube that, among other things, blocks ads.

It's absolutely amazing.

Just thought I'd mention that that's an option!
