You would be surprised how many people want to get to places that are as nice as possible for the longest amount as possible all while still experiencing all four seasons.

You guys have it a hell of a lot better than places like Florida/Texas.

So Texas- agree. Florida- I miss living there. Yeah, the summer is longer than here but not much more brutal. But November-May was worth it.

Insane what Carolina gave up only to have to flip him after a handful of games. What a complete disaster.

And the funny thing is, I think Necas is a better play driver with more good years ahead of him than Rantanen. So they potentially gave up the best player too.
