Le meilleur receveur de passes de tous les temps
Now that it's pretty much confirmed that he will play next year, how well do you expect him to do offensively next season? Assume he's playing 82 games.
He was 18, played only 68 games and was playing with plugs. IMO 50 is realistic for Michkov.Connor Bedatd had 61 points. I can see Matvai NOT coming close to that. If he ends up with 40 that would be a very solid season.
Why would he come to NA to play in the AHL?spends most of the year in the ahl should be an option

When was the last time a high profile russian prospect played most of a season in the AHL?adapting to NA style of hockey
And Philly is an all around better team. But Bedard didn't play 82 games. He had a 74 pts pace. Also Michkov is one year older than Bedard was last season.

Most KHL teams use NHL rink sizesYeah, I’ll save predictions until we see him play an NHL game. Big question marks with this guy. I’d be surprised if he comes in with anything similar to Bedard who was already adjusted to NA ice and style of play, and underwent no culture shock or separation from family.
Lol... considering Michkov was always seen as an equal or better offensive player than Bedard AND being a year older his rookie season I would say he should outscore Bedards rookie seasonConnor Bedatd had 61 points. I can see Matvai NOT coming close to that. If he ends up with 40 that would be a very solid season.
