Let's all rely on non indigenous vegetation! That's sustainable!

If it's for health reasons.... Well that's natural selection :sarcasm:

A vegan thread? Never seen one of those on these boards before.

Yes this is sarcasm for the dummies who take this seriously

I'm gonna market a "vegan water". I bet I make a ton.

All you'd need is a solid marketing campaign showing how normal "Naya" and "Dasani" or even tap water, ruins the mating grounds of several animals thus causing a decline in their numbers etc and you'd actually hit pay dirt with that idea.

I bet you could make a metric **** ton of cash

Wait, what exactly do you think is involved in eating meat?

I gave up on this conversation the moment I read that response.

Not too mention this:

Why would non-vegans voice their displeasure towards vegans? That doesn't even make sense.

If non-child murderers were going around telling people to quit murdering children, would you be like "****ing annoying non-child murderers preaching their message, you don't see child murderers vandalizing stop signs to say 'start murdering children.'"

You just can't converse with the delusional....

The only delusions here are from those who don't realize rape is a huge part of animal agriculture.

Things can always be improved even if everybody who could would rely on plant-based foods, but even with the imported plant-based foods it would still be way more sustainable that the current system (even with it's local animal-based foods) considering the whole process. And luckily in many places there are plenty of options with indigenous vegetation to choose from that also many vegans also prefer when possible since for quite a few improving things on this planet with more sustainable choices is a rather big part of why they choose to go towards and/or help them keep being vegan.

Water does actually contain micro-organisms.

So, if you consider yourself a vegan and you drink water, you're also a meat-eater.

I think he's saying that he would not switch his own upbringing, with yours.

Perhaps he thinks you were brainwashed as a child by some militant vegan parents, I don't know.
