El Yucateco is probably my favorite.

Crystal is the most versatile. You can put it on fried chicken, tacos, po' boys, eggs, bbq, burgers, pizza, buffalo wings, crawfish vol au vent, in chili, dirty rice, jambalaya, mac n cheese et al.

Tabasco is the worst. The only thing I'd put that in is the trash.
