Ive had rangers in a mock b4.. those along with rosi are a pain in the ass.

Gomez and Redden only can pick teams not to go to. Gomez has 3 and I think Redden has 8. Drury has an NMC. That's what I meant by "real."

It's certainly could be an overpayment from my sides but i have more cap room now and JVR has grown sour in the front office of the Flyers. Carter is a good player but Carey is going to be a star goalie. I have other deals that will go down that will make up for the loss of Carter.

Great deal for Montreal. Price is a bit overrated in my books. Carter is a top 3 goal scorer and JVR is still a top prospect. I don't see how this helps Philly.

It was real hard to lose Price here but when the chance to get Carter and vanRiemsdyk came, I knew a deal would be done. this year is lost for us but we are getting ready for next year and years to come.

We got Mike Smith earlier so we plan on having him as our starter for the rest of the year and the coming years.

I have other deals on the table that make them alot easier to do with the open cap space. Also if Philly were to win the Stanley Cup in the next couple years with the "next Patrick Roy" as our goalie, it would make it all the sweeter for Montreal to be watching it. I will admit i did give up alot but Philly has 3 #1 centers and all three are paid as such. Richards will never be dealt and Briere with his NTC will most likely not be dealt either. Although it is a good problem to have it just isnt financially smart.
