What supplement was THAT? I have a similar sounding issue as moving my arm up and away rakes across my rib cage. I'm constantly in pain.
Glucosamine.

My girlfriend at the time told me to take some, two days later it was gone.

I'm not a doctor. You should get that checked out. My pain was definitely related to going too heavy and damaging some cartilage. You could have a more serious issue, serious get it checked out with a doctor.

I'm surprised he is playing B2B but I guess having him play his old team makes sense. I figured we'd see Dewar in the lineup for one of Patches/Reeves/Holmberg.

Not sure why they activated Dewar just to sit him tbh. He could have used a game this weekend to get his reps up even if it is with the Marlies.

I think it will be surprising if Montreal even scores in this game. For everyone who complains about Matthews, Marner or Nylander, what you are watching is what happens when the timing of your rebuild is off. Montreal has drafted a series of ordinary players with their high picks, and now this is what they are. They are years away from even potentially being a middle of the road team. It's actually remarkable that all of Montreal, Ottawa and Buffalo have managed to crater their rebuilds. All of them are perpetually terrible.

Need to start between the pipes then build a Dcore and round her out. Typically the best way.

I always liked rebuilds that traded for as many picks and then used as many defensively sound vets as you can get to insulate. I think Dallas did that pretty successfully

Thanks. Can't tell you how many people I've seen about it over the last 4 years. No matter how much I strengthen the area it keeps coming back. So frustrating!
