Ron Hoggarth was the worst I've ever seen in the NHL.

I recall a Canucks game in the early 80’s when Fournier was just crapping in the Canucks and the in-house Hammond organ player started playing three Blind mice and the refs walked off the ice for 20 mi utes or so.

Smith who was involved in organizing the series back in 1972, has a pretty unique perspective as a Russian-speaking staff member of the Canadian embassy in Moscow and who recently published his book "Ice War Diplomat".
