It depends on the type of bet you're making.

Normally, you first roll the dice. If you roll a 2, 3, or 12, you automatically lose. If you roll a 7 or an 11, you automatically win. If you roll any other number, that number is now known as the point and the only way to win is to roll that same number again and the only way to lose is to roll a 7.

There are much more bets you could make, and some of those bets completely remove the house edge. That's why I always laugh at people who claim everyone who goes to casinos are just throwing their money away. If you only make these bets, winning will pay out the same exact odds as the chance of that outcome happening.

Yeah.

There's another bet you can only do in Harrah's where you could win a ****-load, even though it's super rare, but you are allowed to bet $1 on it, so it's worth the risk, IMO. I was so close to making $250 off it but I crapped out.

There was this really creepy old guy at work today. He was about 70 and the first question he asked me was "Is the gorgeous girl still here?" I just responded by saying what and then he asked if he scarred her off. I didn't know how to respond so I just stayed quiet.

Also the building next door to my job might have caught on fire

He was laughing when he asked. I had no idea how to respond so I just kept ringing up items

I do the same thing in pharmacy. I got yelled at by one and was told I "need Jesus" because I didn't laugh at their creepy jokes

Currently in a heated argument in classes. I was gonna keep quiet but when someone started ranting about something that was completely inaccurate I've had it. poor mans gubernatorial debate is my
