I think I'm going to start going to the gym. I haven't been getting too out of shape, but I definitely don't look like how I did when I was like 10 years younger. I used to go three days a week, one day doing biceps and back, the second day doing triceps and chest, and the third day doing just legs. Anyone disagree or just have another workout plan?
are you guys going to draft me again this year?

Yes, just always assume we are.

What are your immediate goals? Can't make a suggestion without knowing that.
As of this instant I don't really have any idea. This was kind of an impulsive decision. I guess maybe to lose like 10 or so pounds and gain a bit of muscle. I really don't care much. Mostly I just want to gain more energy which I saw online that exercising does.
Not much of a point in working on a fitness plan if you also don't have a diet plan worked out. Nutrition is just as big of a factor in weight loss as exercise.
What is your diet like? That could be a big part in why you lack energy. Combine a new eating regiment with consistent exercise and you will have more energy then you know what to do with.
Agree 100%. It starts in the kitchen. Download MyFitnessPal. Track your calories and eat to lose weight.
Regarding a workout program, I'd get down to target weight before building muscle. Find a fun bodyweight circuit program and add in some cardio.
Any regiments for getting muscle tone without getting big? Want to get that look without tacking on large muscles.
