Look, the truth is that you can't watch every prospect but you can see enough to form an opinion.

I live near Kingston ONT (not by choice) so I see a ton of live CHL games, plus I drug-dealed cable into adding Rogers and TSN.

It's the same as watching 70 games on MSG. If you've watched hockey long enough you just get a good sense of who is good and who isnt.

Like scouts, it's usually hit or miss.
