I'll work on getting past years' lists in here. If anyone has those in the meantime, feel free to post them.

If you've got quibbles, complaints, head shakes, etc, this is a good place fort those. And I'm sure some of you are working on or have completed your personal rankings as well - those can also be posted in here.

Thought Thome went UFA if he didn't sign this August but apparently it's 2022. Looks like Thome is planning for a 5th year of college hockey - could be a covid waiver or something, not sure.

he will be starter finally if he can hold onto it. but hope aren't high. there's many player doing 5th college year because of covid.

I really like our prospect list this year, in both the sense that 1) it looks like a good ranking - I might move Peeke and Svozil up a couple spots each but that's about it - And 2) it has me really excited for the future. Could this be another 2016-caliber prospect pool?

Good times with these olds lists. I remember actively campaigning against Ryan Collins multiple times. The good old days
Heh. The guy I usually campaigned against was Michael Chaput, and I continue to this day to feel 100% justified in that. ;) Indeed, the combination in 2013 of him being ranked at all and TJ Tynan being left off the 2013 list entirely - not even an Honorable Mention, just completely omitted, when he was in my top-10 - is why I was never part of 2014. If TJ hadn't reemerged on the 2014 list independent of my involvement, I'm not sure if I'd have ever participated in these again...

Well, really, TJ Tynan was the obvious one. It'd followed a trend of other picks of mine going rather unappreciated while obviously hopeless nobodies like Chaput got overrated year after year after year. ;) Ilari Melart's another one who never made the list that I was annoyed about, but the names that got dropped lots of ranks that actually make me look good are Josh Anderson and David Savard - and in the latter case, I was just convinced everyone had given up on him far, far too soon.

Still on the subject of names that make me look good - I was tempted to walk away again after 2015 saw another guy I really believed in drop a large number of spots, but he did end up on the list, so I decided, whatever, someday folks will understand that this Elvis Merzlikins kid is a lot better than they're assuming. :D

Unless I'm mistaken, he's essentially retired from hockey? Doesn't look like he played anywhere in '20-'21 and not sure he is signed anywhere for '21-'22.

One of the many stellar 2nd round picks by Jarmo.

The thing that stands out to me is many of these players could be solid NHLers. I worry about the top end but it really feels like we could have a bunch of solid players with good careers there.
