No it still doesn't mean they don't know the rule.
If you get a question wrong on a test or exam, it doesn't mean you didn't know the correct answer.
It does mean they did not know the rule in that instance. It's not a discretionary call, or so you guys say. The flyers guy skate was up in that instance, boom no goal. Black and white. That call wasn't made. They did not know the rule. That is a fact.
It is not a fact they did not know the rule.
Have you ever gotten a question wrong on a test or exam where you still knew the answer?
Congrats to the eventual presidents trophy winners. Hang that banner next to your Stanley cup banners.

Boy winning all those Stanley Cups sure have made Caps fans cocky..
I knew, if I just waited long enough, kept the faith, and stayed strong, the the Cups argument would be brought up, thanks for not disappointing me HFBoards.
Caps are an unreal team, you guys should be confident watching them
Sodium intake at an all time high. Personally, if I didn't consider a team important until they won a championship, I wouldn't bother attempting to troll their fans by harping on it.
But what do I know? I'm not a petty, obnoxious homer. ...Okay, maybe a little obnoxious.
Yeah it ****ing does because if you did know the right answer you would have put the right answer down. Am I in banana land?
No, because when I know the answer I answer it correctly
Hey my franchise has been around for 92 years, and I don't treat the regular season like the important one. I'm not the fan that gloats after a regular season win.
No because you can accidentally still choose A even if you know the answer is C.
Stop pretending you're perfect. You're not perfect.

Am I taking crazy pills? Im not saying I'm perfect, im saying when I know the answer I get it right. I'm not some idiot that puts down A when I know the answer is C, I don't even know how to respond to that. I get **** wrong all the time because....get this...I DONT KNOW THE ANSWER.
A mistake does not mean ignorance.
You do!!! Hence the response
No but not knowing that a foot in the air means automatically offsides (like you guys say) does. Again, it was reviewed. It wasn't spur of the moment
And a mistake can still be made even after reviewing it. And it still doesn't mean the officials don't know their rules.
How exactly was the mistake made?
(Oh, he didn't know the rule, that's how)
Kiss of death being the Presidents Cup winner.
