After, he had plenty of time
Yep. Looked right at his numbers and destroyed him. Won't even get a call because he's superstar Ovi who destroyed lowly 6d Keven Miller's shoulder.
After, he had plenty of time
By the look of this thread, the refs have been brutal today.
Ok I've seen several plays just like the one tonight where it was called offside. I saw it clearly offside. Just because you didn't doesn't mean it wasn't offside. I did see it, and so did the linesman.
Is that before or after slow motion, he really didn't have much time. He's already preparing for the hit as Miller turns.
The linesman actually didn't see it. You know, because it was inconclusive and he didn't call it on the ice. Just like the goal called earlier in the year against us was.
And just because you saw it offsides doesn't mean it was offsides
No the linesman did see it hence why he called it offside.
This game would be over without the refs in Washington's wallet. Brutal, brutal, brutal.
Ovechkin should be long gone tonight.

Except he didn't call it offside, Toronto called it offside blatantly contradicting an earlier ruling made against the Bruins.
A four inch replay isn't enough to reverse his call, he knew what to do. "Game management". Even more clear after Ovechkin remains in the game. And his 5 minute major is partially negated with a BS roughing call. Must feel nice to have refs helping so desperately!
He didn't even begin to make contact until he saw the #s.
Toronto didn't make the call. The linesman did.
So I guess Babcock's whining paid off as it appears they won't call a thing on the Laffs tonight and call anything on the Sens. Nice snipe by Soshnikov on the undeserved PP anyways.
After consulting with Toronto...
Didn't make the call in real time.
