Davidson did the right thing tearing it all the way down but some of his decisions inside the rebuild have been a little questionable i think.....

But their GM said he wouldn’t sell unless there was a major overpay. I’m sure lots of PO teams could have used him in their middle 6, and centers are at a premium. Just dumb GMing

Yea, watching the Sharks rebuild locally, Grier seems to be going about it so much better.

Like I was surprised he moved Zetterlund. But, nope, they want even younger guys for the new core.

Probably should of sold high considering he will be early 30's when the team is ready to compete......

As a 30+ year Cats fan, I'm both ways on it. Our tanks didn't really work. We drafted some great players, but those secondary guys can help the kids.

Early in a scorched earth rebuild i would get some vetrans to insulate the young guys......Just not guys that can move the needle too much in the standings....

Jackets play the Sens 3 times to finish the season and there just happens be a 6 point gap between them for WC1. I think it's about time the Sens continue the streak of teams falling apart

I just remember the earlier 2000s too well. Of course we had cheap owners but we would trade any decent player for picks and middling d--men and wonder why Stevie Weiss wasn't Stevie Y.
