  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

Honest question.............Think it would of been the same if you were a Cowboys fan ?
Probably. Games are so expensive these days, most fans in attendance aren't warriors. I'm fit enough, 200 pounds and do one-armed pullups, so it takes a particular kind of drunk to threaten me in person. I'm also not a total dick, so that helps.

Interesting stuff for sure..............Philly always a reputation as one of the toughest as far as sports crowds go............Especially Eagles fans.........Atmosphere comes across very rowdy on tv for all 4 major sports......

How was the atmosphere in the building in Utah today ?

Looked pretty good from what I could tell. The people I know who went to the game said it was great. I haven’t been to an NHL arena other than Amalie Arena for quite some time now, and am going there again on Thursday. I get the away fan treatment though (sometimes with people saying “wow, the Coyotes have fans?” to me) so I haven’t paid much attention to what the atmosphere feels like there. Looks great when I watch the Bolts on TV though.

I’d say the more up to date stereotype of Philadelphia sports fans is while they are quite a tough crowd, they direct their vitriol towards their own teams instead of away fans. Or they throw batteries at Santa.

I get it, but most of that reputation is dated. If you're a fan of the opposing team and being obnoxious, you're going to get flack wherever you are. Like most cities, the fans in Philly are pretty welcoming, if they aren't on the phone all game. Mostly we'd just talk hockey. Of course, every city has drunks In public places
