Crosby, Letang and Malkin need to retire for Pens sake to start the rebuild. It reminds me of Canucks in 2014 when Sedins were looking washed up and slower.

They can still play but they should be complementary players on contenders. I love that they want to stay with one team their whole careers but I doubt they want their final years to look like this night in night out.
