Will do my best to speak for Preds fans here, and say mostly yes. Even when they had a mini streak, they looked average at best in my opinion. Brunette is locked in on playing his vets way too many minutes each night and gives 4th line scrubs an infinitely longer leash than younger players that might actually have an ounce of talent in them. L'Heureux seems to be the exception as I guess they see him as having enough grit to his game to warrant minutes. The issue there is the vets that lack offensive ability with all their grit are crap at even strength (as is most of the team to be fair.). That is why I tend to fall back on Brunette and whatever his system is for the very poor start.

Overall there's a major lack of cohesiveness amongst the skaters in general. Doesn't help that Florida is an extremely strong team as well, in terms of tonight.
Could we see Trotz taking the helm? GM and head coach?

Effing joke or El Jefing joke?

Tho a D should have probably been in the same zipcode too....

TJ Luxmore is likely the worst referee in the NHL.

He will stand and watch as a player without the puck is crosschecked in the ribs and knocked over, as a player is held along the boards allowing a rush the other way leading to a goal which all culminates in a dangerous play that may have injured Claude Giroux. Likely because the Islander player figured he would get away with it.

How does he keep his job?

Just an embarrassment.
