TJ Luxmore is likely the worst referee in the NHL.

He will stand and watch as a player without the puck is crosschecked in the ribs and knocked over, as a player is held along the boards allowing a rush the other way leading to a goal which all culminates in a dangerous play that may have injured Claude Giroux. Likely because the Islander player figured he would get away with it.

How does he keep his job?

Just an embarrassment.
Because he is supposed to make sure that US teams win most games against Canadian teams.

You think the reffing has been bad for the HABS?

LMAO
Have been switching to other games but it was pretty good until the 3rd period.

+3 GD after this game and we still have a losing record  Sabres life.

Montreal is an especially horrible team. Just about any other team in the league would have punished that 3/10 performance.

It's games like this why the Isles have been still making the playoffs and the Sens haven't. Key players out and they get the job done on the road. Sens fall 1 game below .500, instead of going 1 game above and preventing one of their biggest wild card competitors of getting any points.

After switching goalies for the third time in three seasons, the Ottawa Senators are again fighting the Montreal Canadiens to avoid being last in the Atlantic.

Maybe the goalies weren't the problem?

Its pretty early in the season for calling anything. A few points seperate most of the division atm.

Nice play by Lord Zebulon to strip Phat Ras to set up Marchand.
