I'd say the three goals called back. The Lorentz and Knies goals and the Caps goal where Woll got barely touched and it was considered goalie interference. The puck bounced off Lorentz's thigh and somehow it gets called back and Knies stick was going down when it made contact with the puck.

None of them were that bad.

If you hit the goalie’s blocker as the puck is coming in, expect the goal to come back. It doesn’t really matter how hard.

Lorentz clearly made a kicking (or “kneeing”) motion to hit the puck into the net, even if that rule needs to be far more clearly defined.

Knies is the closest one. I think there’s a second angle that shows it was probably high. The only thing that really bugs me about that one is 9/10 times refs will let close high sticks stand and Leafs probably win the “inconclusive” coin flip if the call on the ice is a goal. But I’m far from certain it’s a good goal.

Woll was barely touched and to me it didn't look anywhere close to affecting his ability to stop the puck. I don't like how seemingly every bump or touch is considered 'goalie interference' these days.

The Lorentz goal WAS NOT a 'kicking motion'. The play happened so fast that it literally bounced off of his thigh before he could even react and his thigh 'directing' the puck was simply a reaction rather than trying to actually direct the puck in anyway towards the net. It was a split second play where its impossible for a human to consciously react to it and its almost always a player reacting after the fact. Its no different than if someone threw something at you and you only react AFTER it hits you because it was so sudden that you had no time to do anything beforehand.

With the Knies goal, I don't know why refs just don't allow goals like that unless the stick is grossly over the bar. The same goes for all the offside goals that are called back because they were a few millimeters 'offside'. My opinion is that if you need super slow motion to tell whether a player is offside or a goal is a high stick or if a goalie was interfered with then it should be counted as a good goal.
