Why is it silly, doesn’t the NFL play games on Thanksgiving Thursday in the States. NBA on Christmas Day now.
Also isn’t it Columbus Day in the US.

Today is not really a holiday in the States. It used to be Columbus Day but he turned out to be a evil person so they made it indiginous people's day and it's a day that I never got off in school. However, I work from home now trading Stocks and I enjoy the idea that on a regular Monday in October, we have day games. I'm excited for all 3 games that will start now. Go Sens, Panthers, and Devils (Utah needs to experience a loss before they get cocky

Utah jerseys aren't bad in a vacuum, but they really need something else next season because even from just across my living room they look so much like the Sharks.
Also Columbus day. But Holidays according to work don't exist. I'm taking of US Thanksgiving and Xmas

Schools and public employees are off, most private businesses are still working though
Which I never understood. So if you have kids in school and they're now home and you have to go to work? It's a big "screw you" to parents.
