He’s had probably the best season in a Canucks uniform by quite a large margin.

That being said, I still feel very nervous with him on the ice

Myers is fine this year, if he's paid 3-4 million I think he's fine, remember he's a RHD and can be a top 4 guy as long as he's not trying to do too much. Just limit the chaos.

He CAN NOT be a top 4 guy, under no circumstances is Myers a top 4 D. He needs to be a sheltered bottom pairing RD

I think that poster may have overstated his play, I wouldn't call him excellent but he's definitely been good.

Gonchar & co have really turned Myers' game around. Ideally he'd be a bottom pair guy, but he's been good for his role, very good at times.

Just a couple weeks ago Ray Ferraro and the SN panel was praising his play this year. Ferraro's as good an analyst as there is.
