Did ESPN just say Jared Bednar is really happy about the Karlsson-Smith-Olofsson line for Vegas?
Absolutely...Remember it wellSchmid was good for NJ in beating NYR a couple years ago
Well he helped eliminate you tonight.![]()
That's too bad man....I like Buffalo as a sports town.......We been eliminated since December.
That's just completely false. We been eliminated since December.
They came out gangbusters and ran into a hot goalie. Looked as though they ran out of steam in the 3rd, but the effort was there.Classic Detroit "must-win" game. Sad to see the fall-off, game after game, after one good period
I liked him better when I assumed he was Jaroslav's kin.Did ESPN just say Jared Bednar is really happy about the Karlsson-Smith-Olofsson line for Vegas?
No, we need the shorty kill practice.Decline!
They stopped playing and never once challenged the front of the net until the last 3-ish minutes. They just have a deficient offensive mentality where no one wants to put in the hard work needed with any consistency. If they can't snipe or beat you on the rush, they simply will not put in the work. They came out gangbusters and ran into a hit goalie. Looked as though they ran out of steam in the 3rd, but the effort was there.
Why are barns so historically burnable, and why do people consider it exciting? All these somewhat interesting/important games and then there’s the Isles and Preds randomly having a barn burner that no one cares about
Cause they normally hold hay which is pretty flammable...lolWhy are barns so historically burnable, and why do people consider it exciting?
Poor farm animals.

Poor farm animals.
The phrase comes from an era where you typically had much more of what was important to your livelihood (up to and including your livestock) in your barn, rather than your house, which was mostly just where you slept and prepared your meals. Losing your house was sometimes not a huge deal since it was easy enough to just build a new one on your property. If your barn burned down, that hurt you a lot more, kind of like losing your crops. Building a new barn may not have been a big deal either, but losing everything that was inside it could really sting.
As it should be during the last few games of the regular season.Inconsistent officiating in Montreal.
