At first I thought Andersson mostly fell trying to get out of the way, but on the replay you could see Rinne flashed the leg.

10 seconds left so not a huge deal given what they've called this game.

I kind of disagree. All he did was shifting his weight from one side of the skate to the other. The skate was on the ice all the time and his foot didn't really change the direction. To me, that is not a distinct kicking motion.
