I know I'll be accused of not being a 'real' Oilers fan BUT I hope Tampa scores at least 8 more goals. This is agreat f***en time to get anhilated and show our useless GM and the management crew that we need a few more players to be competitive. It won't hurt out seeding. It won't hurt us making playoffs. So, PLEASE, Tampa.. dig the f*** in and anhilate us.

If Bowman's plan is to enter playoffs with that as our Top 4D and our goalie combo as PIckard/Skinner than we have no chance.

Nothing wrong with rooting for the occasional result (and sometimes an entire season) to go against your own team if it helps the team in the long term.

Depends on what Vegas shows up. December Vegas would be nice, but I think if January Vegas showed up, the NHL will just eliminate both teams and give someone a 2nd round bye.

Did you listen to the analysis and catch Prinicipe's interview with Roli? It's like they really wanted everyone to know how good Skinner played in the first period...which, honestly, is a really rare feat these days...

With those two goalies that has been rhe case for years.

I still can't believe the Oil went to game 7 finals with those two stiffs in net last year. Credit to the team for dragging Skinner along with them

It's not that I directly hate Stu. But I hate our goaltending situation and cannot see it winning a Cup. I'm actually convinnced Smith and Koskinen were a better duo.

But all this 'our G's are fine' main street media stuff is driving me f***en insane!

I'll even agree it isn't just a G situation.. of course.. we need a D and a G. for like a decade now.lol

The current situation is like having a slightly worse late-stage Koskinen and some AHL journeyman as his backup. And like Koskinen, I don't see Skinner staying in this league when his tenure here ends early.
